Il se rend sur les « pages perso» de ses amis, pousse un peu plus loin chez les voisins des voisins de ses amis, et se rend compte que la quantité d’informations disponibles lui permet de découvrir tout ce qu’il veut (d’autant que le contenu des différentes plateformes se veut multimédia et interactif…).

Après avoir exploré tout cela, il décide de se renseigner sur les grandes actualités du moment, pour être à la pointe de l’actualité car il se dit qu à son âge il doit commencer à être un « grand ». Il choisit un sujet à la mode, dont les médias regorgent depuis qu’il est en âge de comprendre ce qu’il se passe autour de lui, le terrorisme, Al-Qaeda, Oussama Ben Laden…

Et là, uniquement grâce aux services de Google, voici ce à quoi est très vite exposé son cerveau en constant questionnement…


Il commence par aller sur les plateformes communautaires très à la mode, et détenues par Google. Orkut est une de ses plateformes à accès et inscription très faciles (je m’y suis moi-même inscrit pour l’occasion, tout est vérifié). En y tapant Osama Ben Laden, il tombe immédiatement sur des fans clubs du bon Osama (tel qu’il y est présenté) recrutant de nouveaux membres notamment non-Arabiques, partageant des vidéos, des liens internet pour promouvoir le terrorisme. Au moins 10 communautés se sont créées pour promouvoir Al Qaeda, Oussama Ben Laden, la guerre sainte, le Jihad. Certaines communautés ont plus de 2000 membres, on y trouve les communiqués d’Oussama, des photos de GI’s morts en Irak des vidéos d’attaques et même un lien avec l’armée islamique en Irak. C’est un public jeune (75% a moins de 35 ans selon les chiffres d’Orkut). Il va sans dire qu’uniquement en allant sur ces pages, il sera sans problème fiché et contacté par ces organisations…

Il va ensuite sur Blogger : Le réseau Blogger est une des plus grande plateformes développée pour héberger des blogs (vos enfants eux-mêmes l’utilisent couramment, demandez-leur) et appartient à Google depuis mai 2004. En tapant une nouvelle fois « Al Qaeda » ou « Ben Laden » il pourrait bien tomber sur un site lié à Al Qaeda, comme par exemple The Caliphate Voice Channel, qui s’avère être une arme grandissante de la guerre de l’information dans laquelle s’est lancé Al Qaeda. Ce site appartient à une organisation vitrine d’al Qaeda, The Moudjahidin Shura Council. Ce n’est pas comme si il s’agissait d’un site référencé par le moteur de recherche Google, mais c’est bel et bien Google lui-même qui lui permet d’exister en l’hébergeant…
En plus l’auteur de cet article annonce avoir prévenu Google de l’existence de ce site. Deux mois après il existe encore…

Juba, le sniper de Bagdad a son blog également hébergé par Blogger. Il a pu ainsi faire une propagande monstre sur son action, et devenir ainsi une légende pour les islamistes du monde entier… Les videos sont insoutenables et Google semble cautionner... Inadmissible !!
Je ne préfère pas imaginer la réaction des familles des GI’s tués sur ces vidéos quand elles ont du voir que la belle firme, fierté américaine, les héberge elle-même.
Google est dangereux pour nos enfants et éthiquement plus que condamnable, contrairement à tous ses beaux principes…

Très bien, Il se rend donc sur Youtube racheté par Google en Octobre 2006, tape tout simplement Jihad et tombe une vidéo de ce type. Si par hasard il est allé sur les plateformes précédentes, son esprit commence à être légèrement formaté…

Après avoir écumé Youtube (et je vous laisse imaginer ce qu’il a pu découvrir…), il se rend sur Google Vidéo, autre grande plateforme de vidéo gratuite, et tape Saddam Hussein, car il a vu au journal TV que ses parents regardaient le soir même, que ce dernier était mort.
Outre diverses vidéos à la gloire de l’ancien dictateur, il tombera en première page sur la vidéo de Saddam's execution
. Ou encore sur de la propagande Jihadiste...

Google n’est pas responsable du contenu déposé par les utilisateurs, certes. Il insiste peut-être sur la liberté d’expression, mais cela l’entraîne dans des limites pas très légales dans les pays qui l’abritent...
Pourquoi, dès lors, ne pas utiliser d’autres plateformes, d’autres moteurs.

Ce genre de plateformes communautaires est plus qu’à la mode en ce moment chez les « jeunes », et il est bon que les parents soient prévenus de ce qu’on peut y trouver. Google, grand organisateur de l’info mondiale, ne les protègera pas du tout… Je suis sûr que les parents que vous êtes comprenez ce que je pointe ici.
Mieux vaut prévenir que guérir…

Le côté obscur de l'algorithme...

Dans la relation ambigüe entre Google et le terrorisme, voici quelques compléments peu flatteurs pour la firme de Mountain View…

Plusieurs pays (Thaïlande, Pays bas, Corée du Sud, Inde) s’inquiètent de l’utilisation qui peut être faite de Google Earth car ce service donne des renseignements très précis sur les lieux stratégique(notamment actuellement en Irak), plusieurs groupes terroristes semblent y trouver de formidables cartes gratuites...

Tapez "Israeli Flag" et regardez les résultats… regardez bien le deuxième drapeau… Etonnant, agressif même ?

De plus, la communauté internationale s’est récemment révolté car Google reprend un journal terroriste proche du Hezbollah (Al Manar ) comme source pour ses news, ce qui permet une propagande gratuite pour le Hezbollah.

Encore pire… (Si si c’est possible) :
A la Conférence des Stratégies des Moteurs de recherche à Chicago, Jim Hedger de Webmaster Radio a rendu public son rapport d’investigation en avril 2006. Plusieurs points très obscurs apparaissent :
Grâce à ses services Adwords et Ad sense, Google incorpore de la publicité sur des sites liés à Al Qaeda, le Hezbollah et d’autres groupes terroristes notamment sur les plateformes décrites précédemment, qui profitent (ainsi que Google) d’une part des revenus des annonceurs. Bizarrement, ce sont sur ces sites qu’on retrouve le plus les fraudes au click, grâce à des robots qui multiplient automatiquement les clicks sur les pubs, ce qui permet de ramener encore plus d’argent.
Indirectement, Google finance le terrorisme.
Pourquoi Google laisse-t-il ce système prospérer ? Certainement pas au nom de la liberté d’expression…

Google ne fait certainement pas exprès de participer au financement du terrorisme. Cependant, fait-il tout pour l’empêcher ? Son système de répression de la fraude au clic fait-il tout pour empêcher ces pratiques non seulement abusives mais aussi dangereuses ? Son algorithme est-il conçu pour limiter ces excès ?
Non, et si vous n’êtes pas convaincu vérifiez le par vous-même sur Orkut. Si vous tombez sur de tels liens, vous n’allez pas me dire que Google n’y arrive pas…

A la vue de toutes ces failles, Google, en se croyant toujours tout permis en toute impunité ne serait-il pas tout simplement dangereux pour l’humanité?

At least 10 communities were created to promote Al Qaeda, Oussama Ben Laden, the holy war, Jihad. Certain communities have more than 2000 members, one finds there the official statements of Oussama, the photographs of GI' S died in Iraq of the vidéos of attacks and even a bond with the Islamic army in Iraq. By typing once again "Al Qaeda" or "Ben Laden" it could fall well on a site related to Al Qaeda, such as for example The Caliphate Voice Channel, which proves to be a growing weapon of the war of information in which Al Qaeda launched out. This site belongs to an organization window of Al Qaeda, The Moudjahidin Shura Council. It is not as if it were about a site referred by the search engine Google, but it is indeed Google itself which enables him to exist by lodging it…
In more the author of this article announces to have warned Google of the existence of this site. Two months after there exists still…

. Or on Jihadist propaganda…

Google is not responsible for the contents deposited by the users, certainly. Perhaps it insists on the freedom of expression, but that involves it within limits not very legal in the countries which shelter it…
Why, consequently, not to use other platforms, others moteurs.

This kind of Community platforms is more than à.la.mode in this moment in the "young people", and it is good that the parents are warned of what one can find there. Google, large organizing of world information, will not protègera them at all… I am sure that the parents who you are include/understand what I point here
